Junior HR Professional (MBA in HR Preferred): 


  • Master’s degree in human resources (HR) is highly preferred. 
  • A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field with coursework in HR is also considered. 


  • While experience is a plus, recent graduates or individuals with limited HR experience are welcome to apply. 


  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues and employees at all levels. 
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Essential Skills: 

  • Experience analysing existing systems and processes 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for identifying trends and deriving actionable insights from data. 
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies, with the ability to present findings in a clear and compelling manner. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to implementation. 
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies, with an understanding of how to leverage digital tools to drive business growth. 

Technical Skills: 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau). 
  • Familiarity with common CRM and ERP systems. 
  • Basic understanding of web analytics and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush). 


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA would be a plus but is not mandatory. 
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in business analysis or a related field, preferably within a digital agency or e-commerce environment.
