Junior HR Professional (MBA in HR Preferred):
Education:
- Master’s degree in human resources (HR) is highly preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field with coursework in HR is also considered.
Experience:
- While experience is a plus, recent graduates or individuals with limited HR experience are welcome to apply.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills:
- Experience analysing existing systems and processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for identifying trends and deriving actionable insights from data.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies, with the ability to present findings in a clear and compelling manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to implementation.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies, with an understanding of how to leverage digital tools to drive business growth.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with common CRM and ERP systems.
- Basic understanding of web analytics and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA would be a plus but is not mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in business analysis or a related field, preferably within a digital agency or e-commerce environment.
