We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive our sales growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales within the technology and digital marketing sectors, and adept at cultivating relationships to build and sustain revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate across teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet diverse client needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital agency landscape, including software development for e-commerce and SaaS, as well as digital marketing and content management services.
  • Maintain and expand customer relationships through high levels of service and engagement.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with the technical capabilities and marketing efforts.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and seminars to build industry connections and promote the company’s services.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies as needed.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and spoken english
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, ideally within a digital agency environment focusing on technology and digital marketing services.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, SaaS products, and digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, SMM).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade clients.
  • High level of initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business opportunities.
